What Yaardost is

Yaardost is a verified room and flatmate discovery platform. We are not a broker, agent, or property manager. We connect FlatHosts and RoomYaars. All agreements, rent decisions, and tenancy arrangements are solely between the two parties.

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. Pune residents or people relocating to Pune only.

FlatHost rules

  1. One active listing per WhatsApp number.
  2. Listings must be genuine residential rooms only.
  3. No broker listings, no PG chains, no commercial properties.
  4. Fake or misleading listings result in permanent ban.
  5. Listing goes live only after manual KYC approval.

Payment terms

  1. RoomYaar pays ₹9 to unlock FlatHost contact.
  2. FlatHost pays ₹5 to unlock RoomYaar contact after an I'm Interested signal.
  3. All payments via UPI, manually verified by Yaardost.
  4. Contact is delivered within 30 minutes of payment verification.

Refund policy

  1. If a contact number shared is invalid or disconnected, report it within 24 hours via WhatsApp to 9765576393.
  2. Refunds are processed manually within 48 hours via UPI.
  3. No refunds if contact is valid but arrangement doesn't work out.

Prohibited content

  1. Fake photos or misleading listing details.
  2. Broker or commercial listings.
  3. Discriminatory preferences beyond gender and occupation type.

Account termination

Yaardost reserves the right to remove any listing or ban any account without notice if platform rules are violated.
